On Saturday, Feb. 15, former The Villages High School standout Anthony Karoly’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 11-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
The game took place at Hurricane Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Hurricanes this season.
The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Turley Athletic Complex against Eckerd Tritons.
