"My name is Theresa and I wanted to share the sweetest thing involving one of your officers. I didn't get her name. She's the best! She joined a 9yr olds bday party and the kids loved it and others in the park were all clapping! Made everyone smile. Please tell her thank you and she's got the moves!"
