Community Alert Update-
At this time all three dogs appear to be the same breed, potentially Black Mouth Cur and about the same age. They are mostly tan in color with black around the mouth and ears. No additional information available at this time.

At approximately 11:59 am, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to three dead dogs found in a dumpster in the area of CR 476B and SW 62nd Way in Bushnell. Our specially-trained Animal Cruelty Detectives will work in conjunction with the State Attorney’s Office Animal Cruelty Task Force on this investigation.
