Be prepared...City of Bushnell will provide Sand for sand bags until further notice...

The City of Bushnell will have self-service sand available at Bushnell Public Works, located at 211 Southland Place starting September 26th until further notice. You will need to bring your own sandbags and have the ability to fill/load them into your vehicle by yourself. There will be a shovel available for use.

City of Bushnell residents can pick up 10 sandbags per household from Bushnell City Hall during normal business hours. The residents will need to provide proof of residence in order to receive the sandbags.

Sandbags should be used to restrict floodwaters from entering houses via doorways, garages, and entryways. Sandbags are not to be used to provide a barricade around homes or property.
