Sumter County issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
Sumter County Animal Services has many dogs and cats that are hoping to find their fur-ever homes by Christmas. Animal Services will be hosting an adoption event, “I’ll be home for Christmas” next Friday and Saturday, December 17th and 18th, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM at 819 CR 529, Lake Panasoffkee, FL. All of our animals are FREE to approved adopters and will have their annual vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given the first month of Advantage Multi.
