County of Sumter issued the following announcement on Dec. 1.
Due to the low temperature at night the high polymer asphalt paving operation will begin during the daytime. The lane closures will be utilized during the daytime hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please use caution when traveling C-466 and Morse Boulevard intersection during the construction. Partial lane closures are to be expected, and heavy machinery will be working near the travel way. The paving operation is expected to be completed on or around December 2, 2021. Please travel at the posted construction speed limit to protect yourselves and our construction workers.
