City of Bushnell issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
The Honorable Michael Pompeo, United States Secretary of State will be in Sumter County January 23, 2020. The visit is an official Government event by the Secretary. He will discuss current United States foreign policy and today's issues in the world. The event will be held at the Sumter County Fairgrounds, 7620 FL Hwy 471, Bushnell, FL 33513.
The doors will open at 2:00 pm. All attendees should be seated by 3:45 pm as Secretary Pompeo will speak promptly at 4:00 pm
